 We hope that your experience with QuidPROmask.com is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.

 

When will I get my order?

We generally ship items within 48 hours. The shipping itself can take anywhere from 3-5 days depending on where you live within the United States. BUT it may be delayed because of the COVID-19 situation. 

Where is my order?

We generally ship via UPS and we will send shipping info after your items are shipped. You can check the progress of your package through the UPS tracking website.

Something is missing from the order

While our packers are great at getting your order together, rarely will they leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at sales@quidproinc.com and we will remedy the situation quickly. Just be sure to send a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

 

My Item Arrived Damaged

If this happens to you, please reach out with:
– Your order number.
– A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.
